Recently Popular as a specialty variety in Colombia, Which is where the seeds were sourced from for Finca El Dorado. For the Wush Wush they utilize an extended Fermentation process. First Fermenting cherries in sealed bags for 4 days, and then pulping and fermenting for 4 more days in bags before drying on raised beds.
